Being physically disabled should not let them feel so left out and socially dis-functional. Unless they are in a coma, they can still perform some activities that within their capacity can help them make an living of their own. Emotionally they can also progress because having something to do will improve their self-worth and keep them from being bored or let down.
You will be surprised but there are several jobs for disabled persons that you can find on the internet. These jobs pay very well and you won't even have to leave the comforts of your home. If you have a computer and a reliable internet connection, the physically challenged can find a financially satisfying job at the luxury of their time and within their physical & mental capacity. You might not even need a college diploma to find these jobs.
