Doris couldn&rsquot just contain her excitement when she received word from their boss that she will be sent abroad for the annual business summit. She couldn&rsquot believe it at first, but when the HR officer already asked her to submit documents necessary to apply for a passport, that&rsquos when she realized that it was for real. So she wasted no time to comply with all requirements. When she was already given a passport document number, she reported to her boss right away. Feeling very happy, Doris couldn&rsquot stop thanking her boss again and again. She couldn&rsquot believe that this is all happening now. She just wished her mother were still around. She would have been really proud to see how far she has gone, if she didn&rsquot die three years ago. But Doris comforts herself with the thought that her mother continues to look down on her from heaven. Doris has been very busy preparing herself for this trip. She listens carefully to instructions given to her so that her boss will not regret choosing her to represent the company. Also, Doris is determined to have fun, too. |
